Job Summary Atwork Personnel has partnered with a well-established leader in the vision care industry to locate candidates that are hungry, self-starters that thrive in a fast-paced, high call volume sales environment. As an Account Executive , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by cultivating new sales, nurturing opportunities, and increasing sales within the existing client base. This role focuses heavily on proactive calling- identifying potential customers, qualifying needs, and creating a strong pipeline for vision care products. You will work alongside a talented team of support staff to ensure your clients are happy and taken care of. This is a salary plus commission + bonuses role with an emphasis on year over year growth. Responsibilities * This Inside Sales role identifies potential customers, communicates solutions, manages inbound inquiries, conducts outbound sales calls to develop new opportunities, and strengthens customer relationships. Maintains a consistent routine of outbound activity to meet weekly and monthly opportunity-creation goals. Utilize CRM tool to document interactions, updating opportunity stages, and tracking customer engagement. Skills * Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Familiarity with outbound calling techniques including warm calling and telemarketing strategies * Ability to understand technical products and communicate complex information clearly to clients * Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to business development * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
