We have an immediate opening for a results driven, enthusiastic territory Area Sales Manager for our Tennessee Branch Office. Territory will cover East Tennessee: * Sevierville * Pigeon Forge * Gatlinburg * Knoxville * Crossville * Cookville * Chattanooga The position will call upon existing accounts and must establish new business in the Tennessee market. Your efforts will be invested supporting and growing existing business and to hunting and obtaining new business. This market area is an excellent territory in which to succeed. The position requires a high energy level and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: * Experienced sales leader (industry experience helpful) * Bachelor's degree * Prior use of Salesforce or other comparable CRM * Demonstrate an understanding and ability to prospect through cold calls, market research and networking * Demonstrate ability to follow-up on company generated leads * A stable employment history with sales experience that demonstrates success in growing sales through existing business and by developing new business is required Successful candidates will provide a well thought out cover letter (including salary expectations) that speaks to why they would be successful at Gold Medal Products.
