Expectations are that each rep makes $60k+ per year. We provide outstanding support and training to all reps, giving them the skills and confidence needed to succeed in insurance sales. As a sales rep of our team, you'll embark on a journey of growth and professional development in a supportive, community-focused environment. Additional licensing assistance available. Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

• Licensing: Willingness to obtain or already possess the necessary insurance licenses for the state of Pennsylvania. No previous experience necessary, licensing assistance available.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions.
• Proactivity: A self-starter attitude with a strong drive to achieve and meet goals.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Local Presence: Must be willing to work on-site in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, to connect with clients and the team effectively.

Responsibilities
