Senior Sales Associate - Furniture Retail Locations: * Philadelphia and Delaware County Furniture Mecca Locations Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based About the Role We're hiring an ambitious Senior Sales Associate to join our showroom team. This is not a cashier role -- it's a consultative, commission-based sales career where your income is directly tied to your performance. Key Responsibilities * Provide personalized, consultative sales support to customers shopping for furniture * Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals * Educate customers on product features, financing, warranties, and delivery services * Maintain expert knowledge of product lines, promotions, and design trends * Ensure the showroom is welcoming, professional, and customer-ready * Mentor and support newer sales associates when needed * Ensure sales floor is fully stocked, cleanly and in order * Coordinate inbound deliveries from main warehouse, unloading and loading transfer trucks * Maintain stock of sales floor and request transfers of products from main warehouse and upper management Requirements * 2+ years of proven sales experience (furniture, appliances, or other high-ticket items) * Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas * Strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented * Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Job Type: Full-time Pay: $600.00 - $2,000.00 per week Work Location: In person
