Role Overview As a Sales Manager / Team Lead , you will personally produce while also managing a team of entry-level reps that we will be recruiting for you throughout the summer program. Your primary objective is to communicate with homeowners in residential neighborhoods and enroll them in our 1-year pest control service plans , providing full interior and exterior protection against pests such as: * Spiders * Ants * Rodents * Wasps & wasp nest removal * Full perimeter treatment * (Mosquito & termite programs can be added as premium upgrades.) Your confidence in the value of Thunder's proactive pest service -- paired with your leadership and door-to-door experience -- will enable you to build rapport quickly, coach newer reps effectively, and convert consistent revenue all summer long. You will be directly supported in field training, onboarding, and program execution so that you and your team run a disciplined, high-output schedule without sacrificing culture, communication, or professionalism. What You'll Do * Manage and lead new reps entering the program * Personally generate new residential pest control accounts through neighborhood outreach * Coach reps daily through in-person field training and meetings * Participate and contribute to daily training with Dennis & Joe * Maintain a full pipeline through effective door interactions * Drive upgrades (mosquito & termite add-ons) where applicable * Provide follow-up and maintain strong customer relations * Hit and exceed monthly production and leadership targets Compensation * personal Commission's * Manager overrides on every rep you lead or recruit * Monthly manager performance bonuses + annual company trips * Significant leadership earning potential with scaling teams * Open to discussing dispersement of company equity 2025 Rookie First Summer average: ~$50,000 Top Producer personal commission: ~$150,000+ Leadership pay accelerates rapidly as you recruit, develop, and retain performers. Position Requirements * Previous door-to-door experience required * Some leadership / team management experience strongly preferred * Must be comfortable coaching new talent (recruiting experience is preffered) * Ability to engage door-to-door confidently * High communication standards & coachability * Valid driver's license & reliable transportation Pest control experience not required if you have proven D2D + team-lead experience.
