BDC Service Representative We are a leading automotive dealership committed to providing an exceptional car-buying and service experience. Job Summary We're looking for a friendly and organized BDC Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our service department - helping customers book appointments, answering questions, and ensuring they have a great experience from start to finish. Responsibilities: * Answer incoming service calls and make follow-up calls. * Respond to internet service lead requests. * Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle service. * Follow-up after service completion to ensure customer satisfaction. * Ensure all customer interactions, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately recorded in the CRM system. * Work closely with service advisors to pass along important customer details. * Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. * Basic understanding of vehicle service is helpful. * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. * Familiar with computers and CRM software. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
