Responsibilities * Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct automotive parts and accessories through active communication and product knowledge. * Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and maintaining organized storage areas to ensure product availability. * Process sales transactions accurately using DMS(Dealer Management System). * Collaborate with the service team to support vehicle repair and maintenance needs by ensuring timely order fulfillment of parts. * Maintain detailed records of inventory levels using DMS or other inventory management tools. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or providing product information to customers. * Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers, new products, or services that meet customer needs. Qualifications * Previous experience in retail sales, dealership environments, or automotive parts counter roles is not needed. * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively. * Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair processes is a plus but not required. * Proficiency in inventory management systems or similar software; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is advantageous. * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control and order accuracy. * Experience with POS systems, retail math, and inventory control practices is desirable.
