JOB TITLE: Account Manager DEPARTMENT: Prototype-Admin SUMMARY: Working as an Account Manager at Ninja Circuits you will be a contact source for external customers. The Account Manager will achieve success by meeting the customer requirements as understood in each individual project. The ideal candidate will take initiative and have strong problem- solving and collaboration skills. This person must have good people skills and be able to have a balance between negotiating realistic needs and building relationships with external customers and outside suppliers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main contact between customers and the organization, encompassing all points of communication
• Process customer requests, including but not limited to purchase orders, sales order entry, amendments and quality related concerns to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Process quotations based on customers' technical data, drive our quote process and present quote proposals to the customer
• Help to maintain expectations of both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment requiring timely responsiveness
• Working closely with customers and purchasing to ensure materials and tooling are on time and ready for production
• Assist with design, production, or quality related questions and concerns to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Clearly and consistently communicate needs of internal departments to customers ensuring flow of information is timely and accurate, allowing us to build high quality products and provide industry leading customer service
• All other duties assigned by your Supervisor or Manager QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of previous Account Manager/Customer Service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task, manage time and communicate effectively
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
• A positive attitude with both customer and team focus
• Self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems preferred
• Excellent communication oral and written skills
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and comprehend the English language
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening test and criminal background check
• Must be able to meet all physical requirements as outlined in this position description
• Must follow all company policies outlined in the EI Microcircuits Employee Handbook of Personnel Policies EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Associates degree or bachelor's degree or 2 years of previous Account Manager/Customer Service experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
