Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly reports on inventory, backlog, sales activity, and future sales forecasts
• Assist in truck financing paperwork and documentation
• Coordinate and deliver truck bids and award documents
• Provide sales and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Use basic accounting knowledge to help maintain accurate records What We 're Looking For
• Previous dealership or automotive experience a plus--but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting a sales team , including phone handling and document prep
• Knowledge of inventory control and CRM software a strong advantage
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn! Location:
