About This Role We are looking for driven Business Development Representatives who enjoy face to face interaction and want a long term career with strong earning potential. In this role, you will introduce residential communication services, answer questions, and help customers choose the best options for their needs. If you are motivated by results and growth, this position offers a clear path forward. Work Schedule Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM No weekends required. What You Will Be Doing This position includes working directly with residential customers, learning how to present service benefits, and partnering with your team to reach daily goals. You will communicate available plans, build rapport, and create positive customer experiences in assigned areas. Primary Responsibilities * Present service options within assigned residential territories * Provide clear and professional product information * Guide customers through decision making * Build ongoing brand recognition * Collaborate with team leadership on goals and results Compensation and Training * Uncapped commissions with weekly earning potential * Training in sales techniques and presentation skills * One on one mentorship * Career development support * Opportunities for leadership growth This position builds transferable skills in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
