We sell our products to more than 3,000 stores, including Walmarts, in more than 30 states of the East Coast and Central Region by partnering with Distributors in those areas. Learn more about us at [please apply online] and [please apply online] Position Overview As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our existing customer base (distributors & stores) Your primary focus will be on strengthening customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products. Success in this role will be measured by achieving revenue targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our sales department. (Develop the account and meke it grow Job Details * Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers , serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. * Implementation of the Trademarketing plan using merchandisers. Keeping the inventory up to date, sell-in and sell-out with distributors and key accounts. * Develop promotion plans in partnership with the distributor and track the progress of these promotions. * Provide training for the distributors' sales representatives. * Addressing complaints from your customers. * Collection and A/R management. * Order processing and ensuring the attainment of sales targets. * Supervision and training of merchandisers to ensure execution at sales points in line with the marketing strategy. * Portfolio management for your clients. * Setting Up of new products. * Generate the growth and development of your distributors and key accounts through the opening of new stores. * Support the local shows/events. * Maintain up-to-date customer information in the CRM system. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * 2+ years of experience in food and beverage sales in NY/NJ. (NO food services). * Bilingual, Spanish and English speaking. * Willing to travel. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). * Experience leading teams (Preferred). * Experience managing distributors (buyers), means experience selling to the distributor * Chain store management. * Management of promotions and incentive programs with clients. * Management of American and Hispanic clients. * Experience in numerical analysis in sales.
