Job description: The Outside Sales Representative will drive revenue growth with new and existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: * Develop the assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and following up on referrals, while setting appointments and delivering sales presentations. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing specific requirements, including proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Lead solution development to meet customer needs, coordinating with necessary team members. * Offer technical support for Tank, Box, Filtration Pumps, Pipes, and Hoses at job sites. Collaborate with Branch and Regional Management to create annual strategic sales plans and quarterly revenue goals. * Interpret blueprints and CADD documentation. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. * Maintain customer records and document interactions and opportunities in CRM. * Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: * 4+ years' sales experience OR a bachelor's degree AND 2+ years' sales experience * Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.com * Ability to multi-task with high degree of attention to detail and follow through * Ability to work in an indoor and outdoor environment which includes working underneath equipment and exposure to dust, noise, and hazardous materials * Proven track record of growing a territory and existing accounts through referrals * Communicate clearly: both verbal and written * Strong computer skills * Strong construction or mechanical aptitude preferred * Preferred experience in Industrial Tank Box, Filtration and either Petrochemical, Construction, Mining or Oil & Gas fluid and solid management * Valid Driver's License * Up to 10% overnight travel required * Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance INDHP
