Applicant must have 8+ years of progressively responsible B2B sales management experience, specifically managing a team of sales representatives focused on outbound prospecting. The Opportunity We're seeking a Head of Sales to lead our sales team, refine our outbound strategy, and expand our footprint with enterprise accounts. This is a hands- on leadership role ideal for someone who's built and led B2B outbound sales teams, knows how to generate a predictable pipeline, and thrives in entrepreneurial environments. What You 'll Do Strategy & Execution * Design and implement scalable outbound sales strategies targeting decision-makers in Facilities, Workplace, and Real Estate roles. * Define KPIs and refine sales processes to drive growth and accountability. * Partner with marketing to align outbound efforts with campaigns and lead generation. Team Leadership * Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team with clear goals. * Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. * Provide regular training, support, and mentorship. Enterprise Sales & Client Development * Lead strategic outreach and significant account sales. * Manage RFP responses and complex solution positioning. * Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling. CRM & Reporting * Oversee CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting. * Analyze rep performance and optimize outbound sequences. * Leverage tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more. What We 're Looking For Experience * Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related discipline. * 8+ years in B2B sales, including 3+ years directly managing outbound prospecting teams. * Strong background in office services, logistics, facilities, or related industries preferred. * Proven success in building outbound prospecting strategies and growing a sales pipeline from scratch. * Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise accounts across multiple locations. Skills * Deep understanding of outbound sales and multi-touch sequences. * Comfortable with CRM, sales enablement platforms, and prospecting tools. * Ability to translate sales metrics into actionable coaching and planning. * Strong communicator and storyteller, able to distill complex offerings into buyer value. * Ability to apply technology to improve sales efforts.
