As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and outgoing professional to help expand our local footprint, build strong community relationships, and drive new guests into the park. Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on, community-focused Partnerships Manager to lead local outreach efforts and support in-park promotional initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys face- to-face relationship building, and is motivated by an hourly base plus commission incentive structure. You'll be the face of Big Air in the community Key Responsibilities Community Engagement & Lead Generation * Build, organize, and maintain a contact database of schools, PTOs, youth sports leagues, churches, and local businesses * Conduct daily outbound calls to promote group events, spirit nights, fundraisers, and partnership opportunities * Deliver promotional materials weekly to schools, businesses, and community centers * Represent Big Air North Houston at community events, activations, and as part of our Street Team Administrative & Marketing Support * Maintain a marketing calendar with campaigns, events, and key deadlines * Track marketing expenses and measure ROI on campaigns and initiatives * Provide feedback and insights from the community to help refine marketing strategies What We 're Looking For * 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, partnerships, marketing, or customer-facing roles * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Confidence with cold outreach and public-facing interactions * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated * Willingness to work occasional nights or weekends for events and activations Why Join Us?
