What You 'll Do: New Business Development (Primary Focus) * Prospect and close new residential, commercial, and property management accounts * Conduct cold calls, door-to-door visits, and on-site presentations * Build a pipeline through referrals, networking, and self-generated leads * Close recurring service agreements and one-time service contracts Account Management * Maintain relationships with accounts you bring in * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients * Identify upsell and expansion opportunities * Protect and grow recurring revenue Territory Ownership * Own and manage your local territory * Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers * Act as the face of the company in the field Commission Structure (Aggressive) * High, uncapped commission on all new business closed * Ongoing residual commissions on recurring accounts you bring in * Performance bonuses for volume and long-term contracts * No cap on earnings -- your income is directly tied to results (Detailed commission plan provided during interview) Who We 're Looking For * Proven outside sales or B2B sales experience * Strong closer mentality ("hunter" mindset) * Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face selling * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Self-directed, disciplined, and goal-oriented * Reliable transportation and valid driver's license * Professional appearance and attitude This Role Is NOT For You If * You need a guaranteed salary or hourly pay * You avoid cold calling or door-to-door sales * You need daily supervision * You're uncomfortable working on commission only Why This Opportunity Stands Out * Uncapped income potential * Residual commissions on recurring accounts * No micromanagement * Flexible schedule * Opportunity to build long-term income streams * Work with a growing service-based business What We Offer: * Paid Bi-weekly via Direct Deposit * Medical and Dental Option After 90 days * Paid Vacation After 1 Year How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief note explaining your sales background and why you're a good fit for a commission-only role.
