F &I Trainer / Sales Representative Growing agency seeking top talent in F &I Training and Sales Position Overview We are a rapidly growing agency looking for an experienced F &I Trainer / Sales Representative to support dealership partners through best-in-class training, compliance, and performance improvement throughout the Southeast. This role requires extensive dealership experience, strong communication skills, consistent reporting, and a willingness to travel. Key Responsibilities * Deliver F &I menu and compliance training to dealership teams * Interact effectively with all levels of dealership personnel , from frontline staff to executive management * Support and train on DMS platforms and menu providers * Act as a trusted advisor to improve F&I performance and profitability * Maintain daily and monthly call reports documenting dealership activity, training sessions, and sales efforts * Represent the agency professionally in a client-facing, sales-oriented role Qualifications * 10+ years of dealership experience , including management roles * Strong background in F &I operations, compliance, and menu selling * Hands-on knowledge of DMS systems and menu providers * Experience operating in modern / progressive ( "woke") dealership environments * Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Additional Requirements * Travel is required (must be comfortable with frequent travel) * Ability to work independently while supporting a growing organization * Strong organizational skills with attention to reporting and accountability Job Type: Full-time Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
