Full description of the position

* Technical product selection and documentation based on customer processing conditions. * Using provided software for sizing and selection of products based off of published flow curves (Cv), torques, processing conditions, IEC valve equations, and bulletins. * Challenged daily to expand technical knowledge. * Ability to troubleshoot customer applications and products. * Responsible for quoting customers in a timely manner which includes, product selection, lead-time, and pricing. * Understand and ensure that the JHC TCC (Total Customer Commitment) standards are upheld at all times * Work closely with and support the JHC product manufactures * Attend and participate in required trainings * Participate in the after hour and weekend 'On-Call' rotation * Be a team player, and work well as group * Always build and cultivate solid relationships * This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected. * Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
