We are growing and hiring Estimators, Salespeople, and Hybrid Estimator/Sales Professionals who want to control their income and advance quickly. Purpose of the Role This role exists to win work and drive revenue. Depending on experience and strengths, you will: - Estimate roofing projects - Sell roofing solutions - Or do both -- from first call to signed contract Success in this role is measured by numbers of bids & contacts, opportunities created, deals closed, and margin secured. What You 'll Be Responsible ForCore Responsibilities (All Versions of the Role) * Proactively follow up on leads and bid opportunities -- no waiting around * Pick up the phone, make calls, and move deals forward * Review plans, specs, and site conditions to understand scope * Conduct roof surveys and client meetings * Build trust quickly with property managers, GCs, and owners * Prepare and submit clear, competitive proposals on time * Own your opportunities from start to finish * Collaborate with operations to ensure clean handoffs Estimator-Focused Responsibilities * Perform accurate takeoffs and detailed cost estimates * Analyze labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs * Use pricing strategy to protect margin while staying competitive * Maintain estimating databases and systems Sales-Focused Responsibilities * Present estimates confidently and ask for the business * Handle objections and negotiate pricing when needed * Upsell value, not discounts * Consistently work toward monthly and annual revenue goals What Success Looks Like * You don 't wait for someone to tell you what to do * You are comfortable being uncomfortable -- calling, following up, asking * You track your numbers and care about your results * You treat every lead like it's your own business * You find a way to win -- ethically and profitably Compensation & Growth * Base salary (role dependent) plus aggressive commission * Performance-based earning potential -- uncapped upside * Clear growth path for top performers * We invest in people who produce If income motivates you, you'll do well here.
