Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a full sales cycle from lead to close, and nurturing lasting relationships with clients. You will work with both company-provided leads and self-generated prospects, using a consultative approach to sell customized occupational health screening solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects and clients across targeted industries. * Utilize a consultative sales strategy to identify customer needs and design tailored screening programs. * Present and sell health testing services that meet client operational and regulatory requirements. * Build strong, long-term relationships by establishing trust and delivering value. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and program execution. * Represent PHS with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. * Proactively manage your pipeline and meet/exceed individual sales targets. * Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events. Qualifications * Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales (required). * Experience in healthcare, occupational health, public safety, or government sectors (preferred). * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. * Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
