About the Role We're seeking a dynamic Outside Key Account Manager to lead our Home Depot sales team and drive strategic growth with key retail and landscape partners. You'll oversee a team of 7-10 sales representatives, nurture major accounts, and work closely with our production and distribution teams to deliver exceptional service and products to our customers. What You 'll Do * Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 7-10 sales reps. * Build and expand relationships with merchants, district managers, and key retail partners. * Develop and execute corporate sales strategies that align with production and advertising plans. * Conduct monthly sales meetings and weekly performance reviews. * Analyze sales data and report insights to company leadership and merchants. * Partner with production teams to coordinate crop schedules and availability. * Oversee merchandising programs and ensure consistent brand presentation in stores. * Support logistics and distribution teams when store delivery issues arise. * Maintain professional standards and safety practices while representing Frantz Nursery. What You Bring * 5+ years of sales experience , ideally in horticulture, agriculture, or retail supply. * Proven experience leading and developing a sales team. * Strong business acumen and comfort with Microsoft Excel, Word, and data tools. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * A professional, positive approach and strong sense of accountability. * Valid driver's license, insured vehicle (min. $300K bodily injury coverage). * Working knowledge of plant materials and nursery operations preferred.
