Aloha! We are looking for an experienced full-time B2B sales rep and account manager with connections in the food service, restaurant, construction and / or home services industries. Some type of previous experience and verifiable track record with print, digital, or radio sales on Oahu is needed. You must currently live in Oahu and have your own car, cell phone, and laptop. Please be available for an in person interview and occasional meetings although most of the time you can work from home / from the road. Salary is $50,000 per year base, plus Commission! Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients (usually restaurants, home service firms, and many other types of local Oahu businesses), effectively communicating our services, and generating qualified appointment and closing the deal. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, with the ability to engage prospects through warm and outbound calling strategies. Must own a car in order to meet clients island wide (monthly stipend paid for any use of personal car and or cell phone) Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest. * Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential customers. * Effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to engage prospects. * Schedule appointments with clients * Meet clients at their location and conduct a sales presentation * Generate contracts and close deals with interested clients * Follow-up and maintain your book of business. * Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions in our software system - Salesforce. * You must document everything so an eye for detail is very important * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation efforts. * Negotiate terms and address any questions or concerns from potential clients to facilitate successful appointments. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process. Qualifications * Previous experience in any type of sales, business development, or telemarketing is preferred. * Strong skills in outbound calling and warm calling techniques. Must have Aloha! * Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. * Proficiency in using software tools for tracking calls and managing customer interactions. * Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with clients. * A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing outstanding service. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and contribute to team success.
