Philadelphia 5G LLC is hiring an Energy Management Associate to join our team in partnership with top energy providers in the Philadelphia metro area. Our team plays a vital role in supporting business customers across Philadelphia by driving enrollment services and providing information on our innovative energy solutions. Through strategic communication, relationship management, and a customer-focused sales approach, Energy Management Associates help businesses access reliable energy services that enhance productivity, reduce cost, and support long-term success. In this Energy Management Associate role, you will represent our client's energy brand and values while engaging with businesses and customers to understand their service goals, provide enrollment options, and deliver exceptional customer service. As part of a collaborative team, the Energy Management Associate plays a key role in strengthening B2B partnerships and implementing sales strategies that contribute to overall business development. Energy Management Associate Responsibilities: * Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, introducing them to our energy solutions that fit each individual need and/or interest * Work with businesses and customers to understand their current energy services to introduce them to our energy enrollment options * Offer personalized sales recommendations tailored to individual customer usage, budget, and daily needs * Explore additional energy offerings within existing accounts to increase customer and business value and engagement * Work closely with other Energy Management Associates and the client sales team to stay up to date on all service offerings and new monthly cost reduction rates * Track customer feedback and satisfaction to support ongoing sales efforts and improve service quality Energy Management Associate Qualities: * Experience in a customer service based role such as customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or account management * Any prior knowledge of energy solutions and Philadelphia market preferences is preferred but not required * Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal * Time management skills to work with our customers and local business owners and answer questions for them promptly to provide superior customer service * Adaptability with solution oriented skills * Eagerness to learn about evolving products, energy cost savings, market trends, and Energy Management Associate practices to better service customers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
