Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 base + uncapped commission Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site About the Role We're expanding our freight brokerage and looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify new shippers, build long-term customer relationships, and drive revenue growth within U.S. transportation and logistics. This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands brokerage environments and enjoys closing deals. What You 'll Do * Prospect and develop a pipeline of new shipping customers * Conduct outbound sales outreach to qualify and convert opportunities * Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through onboarding and account support * Collaborate with carrier sales/operations to ensure freight moves on time * Maintain strong client relationships to increase retention and wallet share * Track sales activities and performance metrics within CRM tools Requirements * Sales experience within freight brokerage, 3PL, or logistics (FTL experience strongly preferred) * Proven ability to prospect, close, and retain shipper accounts * Knowledge of U.S. transportation networks, modes, and market dynamics * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently Compensation & Benefits * Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission * Opportunity for career growth and advancement within a growing brokerage * Strong internal support & technology infrastructure for sales efficiency * Team-focused culture with leadership support and clear revenue goals Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Logistics sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
