Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, a strong understanding of retail sales, and the ability to assist customers with product selection and inquiries. Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve our diverse customer base. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services * Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts * Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers * Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer experience and sales volume * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are stocked * Assist with stocking, inventory management, and replenishing merchandise throughout the store * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback * Perform cashiering duties including processing payments accurately and handling returns or exchanges * Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times * Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment This position provides an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about retail sales and customer service to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
