Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Representative: * Serve as a trusted retail sales advisor, helping customers understand product offerings and identifying tailored solutions to meet their needs * Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and retail sales strategies through ongoing training and team collaboration * Deliver consistent feedback to management to enhance retail performance, client satisfaction, and sales efficiency * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing retail customers to achieve assigned sales goals and support long-term growth * Ensure all retail sales interactions are handled professionally, maintaining a customer-first approach * Generate additional revenue by identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within the retail space * Contribute to team meetings, promotions, and events to support overall retail operations What We 're Looking for in a Retail Sales Representative: * Previous experience in retail, sales, customer support, or client relations preferred * High school diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus * Strong self-management skills and the ability to excel in a team environment * Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the ins and outs of retail sales * Passion for helping customers and solving problems with creativity and care * Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
