The Lead Sales Worker ensures the sales floor is well- organized, customers receive excellent service, and team members are supported in achieving performance expectations. The Lead Sales Worker is responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quotas and goals by performing the following duties: * ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* include the following. * Assigns duties, schedules shifts and breaks, and ensures adequate floor coverage * Trains and supervises staff on store policies and job duties * Orders and inspects merchandise, supplies, and equipment * Tracks deliveries, check for accuracy and reports discrepancies * Prepare sales and inventory reports * Ensure accuracy in sales and cash handling * Handles customer complaints, returns and service issues professionally * Assist staff with complex sales and customer service tasks * Meets or exceeds sales goals my managing daily store operations * Maintain regular communication with store leadership * Supports donation and production operations as needed * Maintains a safe work environment * Other duties as assigned * PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
