In this high-impact role, you will be the driving force behind multi- million-dollar revenue expansion across a broad geographic territory. As part of a dynamic, collaborative, and community-focused organization, you'll represent A &A Security's full suite of protection, technology, and service solutions--earning client trust, shaping strategy, and helping us continue building one of the strongest brands in the industry. What You 'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including lead generation (self-sourced and company-provided), proposal development, pricing and contract negotiation, and post-close implementation.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans across your assigned territory to expand market share and elevate A &A Security's presence across diverse industries.
- Build deep, consultative relationships with key clients, industry partners, and decision-makers to generate long-term business opportunities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends --including security technologies, competitor offerings, and market shifts--to identify emerging opportunities.
- Manage and report on pipeline performance using CRM tools, forecasting processes, and consistent communication with senior leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure clients receive tailored solutions and a seamless transition to service delivery.
- Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, agility, and teamwork as we scale nationwide. What Success Looks Like

What You Bring
Experience & Education
- 3 -5+ years of successful outside sales experience with a demonstrated record of exceeding quotas.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though not required. Skills

- Expertise in complex selling, solution-based sales, and lead generation.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technology.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in leading high-stakes conversations. Characteristics
