What You 'll Do * Drive sales of CNC machines, tooling, automation, and related solutions in your assigned territory * Qualify and pursue leads, build customer relationships, and manage accounts * Analyze customer needs and propose solutions including CNC machines, automation, support equipment, and other capital needs * Lead technical presentations, ROI analysis, and proposal development within your accounts * Coordinate with internal engineering, service, and application teams to support seamless implementation * Represent Next Industries at trade shows, customer events, and industry forums What You Bring * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field (or equivalent experience) * 3+ years of Sales experience in CNC machine tools, automation, or industrial equipment * Strong understanding of CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, CNC Swiss Lathe, 5-axis machining, and automation. * Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills * Self-starter with ability to manage a pipeline and travel within territory * Ability to interpret drawings and work with technical teams What We Offer * Base salary + commission or bonus structure * Travel allowance * Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with match, PTO, etc.) * Continuous training and professional development * The chance to sell a unique, differentiated portfolio -- machines, tooling, inventory systems, and more If you're passionate about industrial technology, enjoy technical sales, and want to be part of a company that delivers full-service solutions, we'd love to talk to you.
