We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate who is able to learn fast to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and providing solutions for customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, the ability to effectively communicate with customers, great math skills, and can work with their hands to assist with various packaging needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast paced work environment within the retail industry. *NOTE You will be required to become a notary public within 60 days of being hired. We will help you through the process and cover all expenses associated with becoming one. Our work environment includes: * Professional work environment * Modern office setting * Growth opportunities * On-the-job training Responsibilities: * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. * Able to lift 50lbs w/assistance * Maintain a minimum 15% air / ground ratio. * Process all national work orders. * Assist customers with product selection and answer questions about products and services. * Provide excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and responding to all customer inquiries in a timely manner via phone and email. * Maintain a clean and organized store environment. * Operate point of sale systems and all software systems. * Process merchandise returns, exchanges for Amazon, Happy Returns, and etc. * Pack fragile and delicate items for shipping - Assist with crating + palletizing large and delicate antiques. * Cross-sell and Up-sell products * Supply ordering * Store Inventory * Stocking & pricing goods * Daily store maintenance * Hand out and discuss current promotions and feedback surveys What our store offers: Shipping Services - Domestic & International *Packing Services / Crating / Palletizing items for sole shipping. Mailboxes - Sort & file mail, assist customers with opening/renting private mail boxes and mail forwarding.
