JOB LOCATION IN PHOENIXVILLE OR DOUGLASSVILLE! Locally and family-owned since 1984. Average employee tenure is over 10 years. My Dad's Flooring specializes in "Making Quality Affordable" for our customers. This position will work to assist customers with taking concepts to reality through the selection of flooring for remodel, new construction, and main-street commercial projects. You will determine customer needs utilizing your sales and designer skills that complement our products and services. A successful candidate has a proven record in closing sales and servicing customers with a passion and flare for design. Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively are critical for success in this position. Qualified candidates will have a balance for design while demonstrating a strong ability to close sales, follow leads, track follow-ups and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
