Bobcat of Houston specializes in Bobcat machinery sales and financing, including skid-steers, compact track and wheel loaders, mini excavators, and utility vehicles. We are seeking a dynamic, results driven Sales Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be able to travel between different territories with current outside sales representatives to train. The Sales Trainee is responsible for enhancing Bobcat's sales coverage effectiveness and contributing to the Bobcat sales team success. Attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Apply today! Starting at $60,000k annually depending on experience plus bonus. Responsibilities: * Assist in identifying sales opportunities within assigned territories. * Visit construction sites, offices, and individual owner/operator sites within territories. * Promote Bobcat products; demonstrate rentals and grow sales and market presence. * Create relationship with new and existing customers. * Maintain familiarity with new products developed by suppliers. * Responsible for loading, hauling, and unloading of equipment and components. * Continually grow your knowledge base on existing and new products (machinery). * Follow company policies and procedures. * Organizational ability to schedule, follow-up and meet deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication. * Attend all sales meetings, trainings and trade shows as required. Qualifications: * 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * Willingness to travel locally to customer sites and job locations * Active listening required * Organizational ability to schedule and follow-up and meet deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
