Skills Summary: - At Johnsen Diamond our sales consultants display a passion for our jewelry and clients, creates exceptional one-of-a-kind experiences and identifies the client's needs by providing a customized shopping experience. - The ideal candidate must be team and goal oriented, organized, detail- oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn. - Additional qualities include; ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management, display an energetic outgoing personality, and always maintain a positive attitude. - Fine Jewelry Experience is preferred. Job Responsibilities: - Responsible to achieve/exceed individual and shop sales goals. - Awareness of current jewelry trends. - Provide each client with exceptional service from greeting and acknowledging every customer that enters. - Maintains knowledge of current and upcoming promotional opportunities. - Managing all necessary clerical items at the office.
