Full description of the position

Account Executive - Commercial Fleet Sales Location: Remote US Compensation: $70,000-$110,000+ (OTE) The Account Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting in- person visits, and executing high-volume outreach efforts. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential customers, and driving revenue growth. Account Executive Responsibilities * Drive business growth by conducting outreach activities including calls, emails, in-person client visits and networking. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and sales opportunities. * Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with company offerings. * Track and report sales activity, outreach efforts, progress and performance in CRM (Hubspot). * Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed assigned revenue targets * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless onboarding. * Stay informed on industry trends, competitors and market developments. Qualifications & Skills * Commercial fleet sales experience preferred * Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. * Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
