Summary As a Counter Sales Associate , your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. Key Responsibilities * Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service. * Customer Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pull and prepare materials for counter sales orders. * Priority Order Support: Assist in processing time-sensitive customer orders with precision and a "how can I help you?" approach. * Stock Management: Restock inventory according to established procedures, ensuring a well-organized workspace. * Inventory Control: Participate in cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels. * Wire Cutting: Assist with custom wire cutting requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Collaboration: Work closely with teammates and management to solve problems, meet customer needs, and support team goals. * Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area. * Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. * Delivery Support: Provide assistance for delivery operations when needed. * General Duties: Take on additional tasks as assigned, ensuring a collaborative and adaptable approach to team success. Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods. * Capable of bending, lifting, and handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs (occasionally more). * Comfortable working in tight or elevated spaces and operating warehouse tools. * Demonstrates problem-solving skills in a fast-paced work environment. Skills and Qualifications * 1 year of electrical experience * Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Friendly, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed. * Exceptional communication skills, with a persuasive and supportive style. * Adaptable and solution-focused under dynamic business conditions. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Commitment to maintaining a drug- and alcohol-free work environment.
