We're currently hiring for an Entry Level Sales Representative. The candidate who thrives in this role is a natural leader, motivated, and upbeat. They do not shy away from obstacles and always look for solutions to get their job done. This job involves one-on-one sales interactions with new customers in-person. Are you people oriented? Additional Responsibilities for our Entry Level Sales Representatives: * Conduct sales presentations to new customers in-person * Learn and implement proven sales techniques * Track results * Meet sales targets What we offer at Copper Creek Consulting: * Paid training * Competitive weekly pay ranging from $55,000-70,000 with uncapped commissions * Ongoing training and development * Inclusive culture * Travel * Additional bonuses and incentives Requirements for the Entry Level Sales Representative Role: * Zero to little experience is required as we train from the ground up * Experience working in a team, with customers, in a retail or restaurant setting, or sales is a plus (but not required) * Bachelor's degree is preferred * Goal-oriented * Great work ethic * High level of integrity * Professional but fun!
