Position: Ticket sales/customer service/train driver Kids Train Ride inside the Mall Must have around at least 5 years of general work experience to apply for position. No high school or college students or folks who cycle through jobs every few months. This position is also great for semi-retired folks! Many of our managers/employees are semi-retired. You can arrange your own schedule if you have enough staff to work it out. Must be a patient, responsible, honest, friendly, mature individual who can communicate well with parents + kids. Safety of our riders and great customer service is our goal. Therefore, a great, calm, smiling personality to work well with parents/kids is a MUST. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Checking in customers/riders by selling them tickets at ticket booth. Working with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude at all times. Working within the hours that we're open during the week... Monday-Thursday 10:00 - 8:00, Friday-Saturday 10:00 - 9:00, Sunday 11:45 - 6:15 Communicating with business owner and store manager while at work. Like all retail businesses, we're open every day except a few major holidays. Must be able to be available to work most weekends (not only on weekdays). Position requires between 12 - 24 hours per week depending on your availability and how we're able to schedule/staff employees.
