Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Technicians to join our dynamic door to door solar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Solar specialist , you will explain the need and benefits for renewable energy systems, and get paid high end commissions as a result. Duties * Door to door solar sales * Conduct site assessments to determine optimal solar panel placement and system design. * Collaborate with customers to explain system functionality and answer any questions regarding solar energy solutions. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process, ensuring customer satisfaction. * Utilize software tools such as Salesforce for project management and customer relationship , to promote solar products and services. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure sales opportunities. * Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to solar energy. Qualifications * No experience required * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of customers. * Proven negotiation skills to effectively close sales deals. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various outdoor environments. * A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
