Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Account Manager to support high-volume customer accounts and ensure accurate, timely order management for our client in Plymouth, MI. This is a full time, long term position with a growing manufacturing company. Responsibilities: * Serve as main contact for assigned customers; manage emails, orders, changes, and expediting * Handle order entry, price/delivery updates, schedule changes, EDI transactions, and customer forecasts * Resolve issues related to pricing, shipping, packaging, claims, and delivery * Process quotes, track sales vs. forecast, and support cross-functional teams (sales, planning, plants, IT) * Update customer records, portals, and Oracle system; improve processes and documentation * Provide backup support to other CSR team members Qualifications: * EDI and export/customs knowledge a plus * Proficient in Word, Outlook, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) * Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills * Experience in manufacturing and Oracle preferred * High School Diploma required; college preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Education: * Associate (Preferred) Experience: * customer service: 3 years (Preferred) * Oracle software: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
