Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Tech-savvy and coachable

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

:

• Prospect, quote, and sell State Farm insurance products to new and existing clients
• Follow up on leads provided by the agency and generate new opportunities
• Educate clients on insurance options and recommend coverage that fits their needs
• Close sales and achieve performance goals set by the agency
