Job Title: Inside Outside Sales Representative Company: Plumbers Wholesale Supply Location: Multiple Locations in Detroit Job Type: Full Time Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm Compensation: $60,000 to $125,000+ salary (based on experience), paid mileage, monthly bonuses, incentive bonuses, expense stipend, and signing bonus after 90 days. Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Inside Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for building relationships with customers. Plumbing experience is required. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving any issues promptly * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote our products * Prepare quotes, provide specs, & follow up on pricing * Actively seek new business opportunities and generate leads * Meet and exceed sales targets and goals * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a wholesale environment * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers * Strong negotiation and closing skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented * Plumbing knowledge strongly preferred * Computer Skills * Self-motivated, organized, and results driven * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
