Facilities Management Business Development & Sales Representative Location: Southern Michigan (Field-Based) Compensation: Base Salary $95,000 + 3-5% Commission on Net Sales (Uncapped) About the Opportunity Join a respected and growing organization delivering integrated Facilities Management, Property, and Real Estate Services across commercial portfolios. We are seeking a seasoned Business Development -focused sales professional to drive growth and expand our presence throughout Southern Michigan. This role is ideal for someone who understands facilities operations, speaks the language of property managers and asset owners, and leverages trusted industry relationships to generate long-term revenue. Key Responsibilities * Lead business development efforts within Facilities Management, property management, and commercial real estate markets * Identify, pursue, and close new FM service opportunities across REIT, office, industrial, and mixed-use portfolios * Leverage existing relationships with property managers, owners, and decision-makers to accelerate growth * Build and maintain long-term client partnerships focused on retention, expansion, and recurring revenue * Collaborate with operations and service teams to develop customized, value-driven facilities solutions * Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking functions * Maintain an active pipeline and support forecasting and growth initiatives Qualifications & Experience * Proven success in Facilities Management Sales, Business Development, or B2B Services * Established network within Southern Michigan's commercial real estate and property management community * Strong understanding of FM services (janitorial, maintenance, building services, vendor management, etc.) * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Self-directed, organized, and results-driven * Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $95,000 * Commission: 3-5% of net sales with uncapped earning potential * Comprehensive benefits package * Long-term career growth with a stable and respected industry leader Ready to Drive Growth?
