Senior Account Manager - Healthcare Staffing & Technology Company, Newark, NJ Salary: $65,000 annually This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Summary : AllShifts is a high growth, dynamic healthcare staffing technology company with 1000% growth over the past eight years. Overview Senior Account Managers are high-performing, experienced professionals who lead complex accounts, drive revenue growth, and serve as trusted advisors to healthcare clients. This role requires deep operational knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Role & Responsibilities * Manage and grow a high-value, multi-facility book of business * Serve as a strategic partner to key client stakeholders * Consistently deliver high shift-fill rates and client satisfaction * Anticipate staffing challenges and proactively provide solutions * Collaborate closely with leadership to optimize territory performance * Mentor and support Associate and Junior Account Managers * Identify new business opportunities and expansion within existing accounts Qualifications * 5+ years Healthcare staffing experience * Strong track record of success in account management or staffing * Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills * Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * Ability to manage complexity and high client expectations * Leadership mindset with a collaborative approach Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Time Off Pay: $65,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
