Job Description: As a Roofing Sales Team Lead at Silver Ridge Roofing and Construction, your core responsibility will be leading and growing a team of roofing sales reps. You'll be in the field with your team knocking doors, closing deals, and training reps on how to generate business, build relationships, and sell with confidence.
