Pay: From $750 per week + commission Job Type: Full-time Location: Houston, TX (in person) About Signs By G Signs By G is a fast-growing commercial signage company based in Houston, TX. We design, fabricate, and install high-quality signs for retail and business clients. We believe in doing things right--quality work, honest communication, and follow-through. Cool sh* t built right. About the Role This is a full-cycle sales role. You'll generate new business, close deals, and manage your own projects from start to finish--working closely with our design, permitting, production, and installation teams. This is not a passive "send quotes and wait" position. If you like ownership, accountability, and seeing your work installed in the real world, this role is for you. What You 'll Do * Prospect and generate new business * Meet with clients and recommend signage solutions * Build relationships with contractors, architects, and property managers * Prepare quotes, close deals, and manage jobs through completion * Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams What We 're Looking For * Sales or account management experience (signage or construction is a plus) * Comfortable cold-calling and visiting businesses * Strong follow-up and communication skills * Organized, driven, and dependable * Comfortable using email, CRM systems, and basic spreadsheets Compensation Flexible based on experience: * High commission / no base, or * Base salary + lower commission Unlimited earning potential for top performers.
