As an Account Manager , you'll be a key player in developing and maintaining client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with both new and existing clients, providing top-notch service and support. What You'll Do: * Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth * Communicate with customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities * Proactively follow up on inbound and outbound leads to convert prospects into loyal clients * Resolve customer concerns and contribute to process improvements to enhance the client experience * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM * Represent the company at industry tradeshows and networking events * Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure client needs are met You might be a good fit if you have: * Minimum 5 years of Account Management or B2B sales * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both over the phone and in person * Problem-solving skills to help resolve customer issues or needs * Confidence working with numbers, including basic math and percentages * The ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally. * An Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred Why Join Our Team?
