Position Overview We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service and support our clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personal lines and an active insurance license. However, for the right individual with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn, we are happy to provide support in obtaining the required license. Key Responsibilities * Manage and service a book of personal lines clients * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and inperson communication * Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries * Assist clients with claims reporting and followup * Maintain accurate and organized client records * Work closely with agency staff to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction Preferred Qualifications * Active Property & Casualty license (preferred, not required) * Experience in personal lines insurance or a related customer service role * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment * Positive attitude and willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
