Budget Blinds of the Greater Philadelphia & NJ areas *seeks a *Window Treatment Sales Professional for the Princeton to Moorestown & Collingswood, NJ areas with a positive, friendly attitude and good judgement that is willing to work hard and be part of a company team. We are offering: * Competitive compensation * Medical benefits within 90 days if needed * Branded company vehicle with gas and tolls provided * Company provided tablet * No cold calling required * Bonus incentives for bringing in new business We are looking for an individual with knowledge of the following: Blinds (Faux, Wood, Verticals, etc.) Shades (Roller/Solar, Cellular/Honeycomb, Roman, etc.) Plantation Shutters (Standard, Specialties, etc.) Soft Treatments (Draperies, Drapery Hardware, Top Treatments, Valances/Cornices, etc.) Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience that make a successful candidate: * Prior Sales experience in the Window Coverings industry is preferred but not required * Experience in working with in-home sales * Self-directed/able to work independently and work as a valuable team player * Friendly, courteous, pleasant * Ability to learn and handle new technology as introduced to the industry * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent telephone, written, and verbal communication skills- These are critical when interfacing with all levels of Budget Blinds staff and clients. * Current and valid driver's license * Punctual and dependable * Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds and can climb up and down high ladders * Ability to measure to a 1/16th of an inch Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Flexible schedule Experience: * Sales: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
