Landscape sales and Service Account Manager Tired of working for the BIG company where you are just a small fish in a BIG pond? Tired of promises not kept. Or, are you with a small company going nowhere? My name is Chip Ashton the owner of Ashton Landscaping Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA and I have a problem and maybe you can help. I love landscaping, started mowing lawns when I was a kid and grew my company to where it is today. We provide innovative installation and maintenance techniques for individuals and communities who appreciate great quality results. The problem is we are continuing to grow, and I need another great account manager for my company. This person needs to know the landscape industry from hardscapes to lawncare applications. I'm looking for a mature person who is working as an account manager now. I'm not going to go into all of the skills needed you already know that. What I am going to say is you need a valid drivers license and have a great attitude. I'm looking for a "people person" to add to our, can do it, positive culture. It would be best if you are familiar with the Virginia landscape environment and willing to undergo a basic background check in accordance with local laws and regulations. Responsibilities * Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention in landscape maintenance and lawn care services. * Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation with potential clients. * Ensure service quality and ensure contract is adhered to * Develop and implement business strategies to enhance service offerings and increase market presence. * Utilize Software and other technologies for tracking sales performance and client interactions. * Conduct warm calls to generate leads and establish new business relationships. * Maintain a valid driver's license for travel to client sites as needed.
