Job Summary Salary 50,000 - 60,000 plus monthly commissions. OTE YR 1 $75,000 - $150,000. Higher in yrs 2+ with discipline. Office Days 1-2 days weekly. Appointments daily Virtual and In person. This is hiring for PA and NJ. Burlington down to Cape May. Responsibilities * Engage with potential and existing customers through in-person visits and virtual channels to promote products and services * Identify customer needs by listening actively and asking insightful questions to recommend appropriate solutions * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to individual client requirements * Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or video calls to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using our CRM system * Collaborate with team members to develop targeted sales strategies and share best practices * Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions Qualifications * You are not afraid of the phone and making daily calls and ssb's. Minimum 60 calls per day to find those appointments you need to sell to reach your goals. Talking to CIO's, CFO, CEO is a fun challenge to you.
