This position is an in-office role located in East Liberty and requires daily, on-site attendance. Remote or hybrid work is not available We're hiring an AT&T Account Manager Trainee at Invictum, Inc. we're a sales and business consulting firm, The AT&T Account Manager Trainee learns to manage AT&T Business campaigns, engage clients who are actually excited to talk to them, and master solutions like high-speed fiber. As an AT&T Account Manager Trainee, this is your immersive training ground. The AT&T Account Manager Trainee rotates through sales, customer service, and strategies, learning how to lead teams and drive performance from mentors who've been in the trenches. The AT&T Account Manager Trainee graduates from this program ready to take the reins and deliver results. *AT &T Account Manager Trainee Role Responsibilities: * Work with customers and business regularly to bring awareness to AT&T services and set up accounts * Connecting with customer and businesses, learn how to process sales orders from start to finish for a seamless customer experience * Stay up to date on all AT&T offerings to be well educating when providing information to customers * Track performance indicators such as territory expansion, activation volume, and customer feedback to optimize strategy and improve results * Maintain accurate account information for customers so that they have a superior account enrollment and sales service with our internet and wireless devices available to them * Partner with internal teams to resolve service issues, improve delivery efficiency, and support territory growth initiatives. *AT &T Account Manager Trainee Qualifications: * Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality (preferred, not required). * Comfortable speaking with customers in person and explaining products clearly. * Time management skills * Additional experience in account management is a plus * Reliable transportation to commute to the office daily * Strong communication, and willingness to learn. * Adaptable with problem solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: On the road
